Amanda Kerley
Head of HR Strategy and Culture
Amanda Kerley is one of the founding members of Dynasty Financial Partners and has held numerous roles throughout her tenure at the company. Throughout her time, she has designed multiple Human Resource programs, helped build the community pillar as well as the internal RIA, and curated various client experiences. In 2019, Amanda established the Dynasty Women’s Network to help focus efforts of the company towards Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to joining Dynasty, she came from U.S. Trust, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch’s Private Wealth Management division, where she served as Assistant Vice President on a team specializing in client relations, investment management, and trust and estate planning for UHNW clients. In 2009, she was part of the team ranked #28 in the “Top 100 Financial Advisors” list by Barron’s.
Amanda received her BA from Columbia University and is a member of the Columbia College Women Mentor Program. She lives in the St Petersburg area with her husband Gerard and two daughters, Lily and Holly.
