In her role as Head of Human Resources, SVP at Dynasty Financial Partners, Angie will oversee the design and execution of people strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. She is recognized for her expertise in leading cultural transformations, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing scalable HR frameworks that foster long-term workforce success.

Before joining Dynasty Financial Partners, Angie served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Club Car, where she played a pivotal role in launching company-wide engagement initiatives, improving retention rates, and driving performance management improvements. Her core expertise includes executive coaching, succession planning, and change management, with a focus on forward-thinking human capital strategies.

Angie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Her people-centered leadership style and results-driven approach continue to make a meaningful impact on organizational performance and employee growth.
