Harvey Golub

Chairman

Harvey Golub joined American Express in 1983 as president and CEO of IDS Financial Services (now known as Ameriprise Financial). In 1990, he was named vice chairman of American Express and subsequently elected CEO and chairman of the board. He retired as CEO and chairman of American Express in early 2001. Before joining IDS, Mr. Golub was a director with McKinsey & Co., where he worked on strategy and organizational issues for a number of corporations.

Currently, Mr. Golub is the chairman of Dynasty Financial Partners and also serves on the board of Pagaya Technologies, Ltd., and is a member of the advisory board of Miller Buckfire & Company (a Stifel Company) and Marblegate Asset Management LLC.

In addition, Mr. Golub serves on the boards of the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research. He also serves on Jupiter Medical Center’s board of trustees and is the chairman of its finance and planning committees and a member of the compensation, governance and audit committees. Mr. Golub is chairman of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre endowment board. He is a director emeritus of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and a member of its investment committee.

Previously, Mr. Golub served as non-executive chairman on the boards of American International Group (AIG), Campbell Soup Company, and The Reader’s Digest Association. He has also served as a member of the board of Dow Jones & Company, Hess Corporation, RHJ International, and several private companies.

Mr. Golub received a B.S. degree from the New York University in 1961.
