Leslie Norman
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Leslie is responsible for the strategy and delivery of technology solutions that benefit the hundreds of independent financial advisors and professionals across the Dynasty Network. She oversees the Product and Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security and Technology Services teams who help Dynasty’s community get the most from their tech stack. Prior to joining Dynasty, Leslie was a leader in the Product Development organization at Raymond James, where she designed award-winning tools for advisors to manage daily operations and engage meaningfully with their clients. She also held roles in Operations, leading projects to modernize the back office and deliver cash management capabilities for advisors and their clients. Leslie earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where she also holds a master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
