Ryan O’Connell

As the Senior Vice President of CRM, Ryan has been working at Dynasty since 2017 providing client relationship management expertise to our Network Partners. She provides strategic consultation as well as technical knowledge of Dynasty’s CRM platform to the RIA partner firms in the Dynasty Network, as well as supporting Dynasty’s internal instance of CRM. She works with each Network Partner to capture and automate their business processes within their custom CRM tool with RIA best practices in mind.

Ryan is a certified Salesforce Administrator and Developer and prior to Dynasty worked as a Salesforce Technical Consultant in the public sector in New York City. She is a graduate of Bard College, where she played for the Bard Women’s Soccer and Lacrosse teams while earning a BS in Physics. Ryan is from Staten Island, NY, and is a tea and craft beer enthusiast.
