Prior to joining Dynasty, Tim held notable leadership roles at Charles Schwab & Co. (CS&Co.), where he served as Managing Director and Head of Business Development, Advisor Services. Throughout his tenure, Tim played a pivotal role in driving growth strategies, establishing dedicated sales functions, and leading large-scale organizational transformations.
With a career spanning over three decades, Tim’s wealth of knowledge extends deep into the wealth advisor community, where he has been instrumental in orchestrating logistical planning and crafting sophisticated models to elevate client value. His expertise is further exemplified by his instrumental role in pioneering transformative digital prospecting avenues and introducing innovative services to expand platform capabilities.
Tim earned his MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He also holds a BS in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
