Ashli Tomas
Senior Vice President, Head of Account Management
Ashli Tomas is the Senior Vice President, Head of Account Management at Dynasty Financial Partners. She leads the Account Management team, overseeing the enrollment and maintenance of accounts within the TurnKey Asset Management Program and supporting the firm’s network.
Before joining Dynasty, Ashli spent 12 years at Raymond James, where she held leadership roles in Mutual Fund Operations, Client Onboarding, and Retirement Plan Services. She played a pivotal role in several back-office modernization initiatives and two major firm acquisitions during her tenure. These experiences honed her expertise in process management and deepened her passion for working with people and cross-functional teams.
A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Ashli earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of South Florida. Outside her professional endeavors, Ashli and her husband, Daniel, enjoy boating and sporting events with their three children—Leo, Mia, and Tea. In addition to her role at Dynasty, Ashli and Daniel are proud owners of an independent car dealership and service center, embodying the spirit of entrepreneurship.
