Brendan Bell

Brendan Bell is Head of Dynasty Connect, where he is responsible for the strategy and execution of Dynasty’s newest business line. Dynasty Connect is an outsourced front office dedicated to supporting both the organic and inorganic growth efforts of firms in the Dynasty Network.

 

In his prior role, Brendan served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Shirl Penney, through multiple stages of the company’s evolution and growth. As Chief of Staff, Brendan acted as a trusted advisor and multifaceted support to the CEO as well as provided leverage across the organization – working as a conduit between Dynasty’s internal and external stakeholders and the C-suite.

 

Prior to joining Dynasty, Brendan was a post-graduate fellow in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, where his research focused on cancer immunotherapy. He was published for his work exploring the immunotherapeutic effects of nanoparticle drug delivery. During his time at Yale, Brendan also filed a patent for a medical device designed to prevent stroke during cardiovascular intervention. Brendan received a B.S. in Chemistry as a member of the Honors Program at Boston College.
