Brian McDonald serves as a Senior Advisor to Dynasty Financial Partners, and is the Founder and CEO of Grantd, an AI-powered equity compensation advice platform. He also serves on the Board of Forge Global and as an Entrepreneur in Residence with TIFIN and Broadridge Financial Solutions.
A recognized leader in workplace financial solutions, Brian previously served as Managing Director and Head of Direct and Institutional Businesses in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, where he led the firm’s workplace strategy and institutional offerings, including Morgan Stanley at Work, Institutional Consulting, and Retirement. Earlier in his career, he spent over two decades at Charles Schwab, holding multiple senior leadership roles focused on advancing advisor technology and workplace wealth platforms.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University and an MBA from Ball State University.
