Jeff Musgrove is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 30 years of experience spanning venture capital, private equity, and corporate leadership. With concentration in the financial services industry, he brings deep operational expertise and transaction experience to his role, partnering with founders and investors to drive both growth and value creation.
As an Operating Partner and Portfolio Partner with multiple Venture Capital firms, Jeff has led sourcing, screening, due diligence, and investment execution in Fintech space, while serving as an advisor and board member to portfolio companies. He also serves as a Senior Operating Partner at Wasabi Ventures and Co-Founder of Wasabi Ventures Sports Management, where he is building innovative sports investment models.
During his tenure as President & COO of Judit, Inc., Jeff led the expansion of the Talent Solutions Provider into both the Government and Healthcare industries. Earlier, Jeff co-founded and successfully grew a boutique management consulting firm , which was acquired by DST Systems. He went on to lead DST’s consulting business and play a central role in the $410 million carve-out and sale of its Customer Communications unit to Broadridge. At Broadridge, he headed the Integration Management Office and later senior leadership roles where he executed large-scale turnarounds and integrations. He began his career at Legg Mason, contributing to its landmark 2005 asset swap with Citigroup and leading several high-growth business lines.
