Jeremy Gilbert

Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff

Jeremy Gilbert currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Dynasty Financial Partners, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the organization. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, Jeremy provides strategic insights, manages priorities, and facilitates decision-making processes. He serves as a crucial liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, contributing to operational efficiency and driving organizational initiatives in alignment with company objectives.

Prior to joining Dynasty, Jeremy held various significant roles. He served as a Senior Project Manager at RB Consulting Inc, overseeing large-scale projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He also served as the Director of Operations for Rimôn, P.C., a global law firm, and as Vice President–Facility Manager at U.S. Bank, where he managed bank facilities across the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Jeremy served as the Director of Workplace Solutions at The Heritage Foundation, a prominent think tank in Washington, D.C.

With a distinguished military career spanning from 2005 to 2018, Jeremy served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserves, and U.S. Army National Guard, holding positions as a Cavalry Scout and Infantry Officer. He completed deployments to the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Jeremy holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Temple University and an MPA from The Pennsylvania State University. Currently, he is pursuing a DBA at Liberty University.
