Jim is a Founder and Managing Partner at Long Ridge Equity Partners, a private investment firm focused on the financial services sector. He is also a Managing Director at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, where he continues to oversee the investment strategy in financial services. Before joining THLPV, Jim served as a Senior Vice President at GE Equity, where he was responsible for strategic and financial investments in internet, e-commerce, consumer services, and media companies. Jim currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of EQIS Capital Management Inc., TradAir, Broadway Technology, BlueTarp Financial Inc., Carson Group Partners, Ametros Financial Corporation, and Dynasty Financial Partners
