Katie Cook acts as Chief of Staff to Marc Hineman, acting as the main point of contact for his team, providing administrative leverage for the executives and their departments.
Katie joined Dynasty from Remedy Bar Group, where she worked for over fifteen years, most recently as Vice President of Operations, focusing primarily on strategy, management, and operations at two of their restaurant locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Katie is heavily involved in charitable endeavors as she currently volunteers as a Coach at KEEN New York, a national nonprofit, volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families.
Katie is a graduate of University of Central Florida.
