Omar is a seasoned leader and Certified Business Performance Advisor, currently leading a team of eight Business Consultants focused on guiding C-suite executives through strategic human capital initiatives that drive growth and profitability in the SMB and middle-market sectors.

Omar specializes in helping businesses—from startups to established enterprises across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, government contracting, financial services, and technology—identify sustainable solutions that support long-term performance. His expertise also extends to private equity, where he’s played a critical role in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration, particularly in aligning HR infrastructure with business strategy.

A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Omar earned his degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. Originally from Egypt, he proudly represented the Egyptian National Basketball Team, winning the FIBA African Cup and competing in the FIBA World Cup in Lithuania. Now a U.S. citizen and fluent in both English and Arabic, Omar brings integrity, discipline, and a global mindset to every engagement.
