Scott Csrnko

Scott Csrnko joins Dynasty Financial Partners with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across dynamic, growth-focused organizations. He oversees and manages critical cross-functional business operations and supports the broader network partner ecosystem. Prior to joining Dynasty, he drove strategic expansion as a Mission Development Manager at Vannevar Labs, launching new business verticals to support the Department of Defense’s technology demands. He also held leadership roles at Red Hat and Cognizant Technologies, where he managed large-scale complex technology implementations across the financial services industry.

Scott also had a distinguished military career, having served in the U.S. Army as a decorated Infantry Officer. His career includes domestic and overseas assignments, with deployments to the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Scott received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and holds multiple certifications, including the PMP.
