Steve Rusnak
Vice President, Billing Supervisor
Steve Rusnak and the Billing Team are responsible for the overall fee billing administration conducted through the Dynasty Platform, working closely with the Network Partners.
Prior to joining Dynasty, Steve served 8 years as a Finance Officer in the US Army entrusted with leading teams responsible for the proper management and execution of government appropriated funds. This gave him the unique opportunity to live in Japan, Qatar, Texas, South Carolina, and Hawaii. A native of the St. Petersburg area, he is looking forward to continuing his career back home with Dynasty.
Steve graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Economics where he competed on the cycling team.
He resides in St. Petersburg, FL with his wife Morgan, son Graham, and dog Kuma. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, traveling, playing guitar, and spending time with his family and friends.
